What is this course about?

Life can be challenging — this course helps you build the confidence and skills to handle it.

By taking part, you will:

  • Learn practical strategies to stay strong when things get tough
  • Recognise situations where resilience is needed
  • Develop positive ways to respond to challenges
  • Build confidence in your ability to overcome obstacles

This course is all about helping you feel more capable, confident, and in control in everyday life.

Any previous experience/qualifications you need to do the course

A good level of conversational and written English is needed to complete this course.

 

To access full funding:

  • Aged 19+ and living in Hertfordshire
  • Either unemployed and receiving benefits, or earning under £25,000

 

What you need to bring with you

If the course is being run online, you will need a PC or laptop with good Wi-Fi and a webcam or built-in camera.

Please note a mobile device alone will not suffice.
